Attacks on the Media

Since his tenure as an economic commentator in 2018, Milei has frequently used derogatory language to describe journalists. He has referred to them as "ignorant," "imbeciles," "donkeys," and "freeloaders." During his presidential campaign, he accused the fact-checking website Chequeado of being "liars" and often labeled journalists and media as "ensobrados" (bribed) to discredit them
